Suppliers day is free to attend.
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the show floor

Exhibiting Opportunities:
Pay for the number of standard booths at time of purchase. If you choose a premium booth during booth selection, you can pay for the additional cost at that time.

Cost for Inline Booth: $2,700 (10 x 10)
Cost for Corner Booth: $2,800 (10 x 10)

  • 8’high back wall
  • Pipe & Drape
  • 3’high side rail
  • 1 - 6’ Draped table
  • 2 - Contour chairs
  • 1 - Wastebasket
  • 1 - 7” x 144” one line exhibitor ID sign single line

  • Carpet is NOT included and BOOTH MUST BE CARPETED

Can I share a booth with another company?
Yes. Please email businessoffice@iami411.org to add another company to your booth space.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
Yes, there are many sponsorships available. Please review during your registration process.

Will I have access to the attendee list?
No, the attendee list is proprietary. There are limited quantity of email mailings available for purchase to be mailed by show management.

Catering
All food services served at your booth are required to go through Long Beach Premier Catering department.

Technical Poster Session: (Poster submission)
Space is limited and for EXHIBITORS ONLY. You must pay for your poster online to confirm space
Submit abstract, title and author and email to: Suppliersday@caliscc.org (Click here for form)
Corkboard area assigned by staff with your company name.
Push pins are all you need to hold the poster to display board
You may bring and set up your poster on set up day or before show opens on 10/25/23
Dimensions: 8’ x 8’ area

What are the Date/ Hours of the Technical Posters?
Technical posters are displayed on show floor and open during entire show hours.

What is the due date we must submit the poster or poster contents?
You must bring the poster to the show or send with your booth. – Do not send in advance to show management.

Do I need to have a chemist or presenter at the poster or can we leave unattended?
No, Poster can be left unattended.

Is there any visual or content requirements/restrictions for the poster?
Scientific or technical information based on your ingredient. You must be an exhibitor to submit a poster.

Where is the poster session in proximity to the booth exhibit area?
Posters are on the show floor – see floor plan

Is there any additional fee for an attendee to enter the Poster Session?
No, Posters will be on display on the exhibitor show floor.

Are their presenter/Speaking opportunities for California Suppliers Day?
Yes! We will be issuing a “Call for Presentations” outlining specific subject matter. Please stay-tuned for the request – however, you can submit your info to suppliersday@caliscc.org so we are notified immediately of your interest.

Will Lead Retrieval be available for rent?
Yes, details will be mailed to exhibitors closer to show date.
