Growing Membership Programs

IAMI's customer service is superior. We are adept at defining and implementing programs targeted toward membership recruitment and membership retention activities. IAMI has well-developed strategies for instituting additional member programs and benefits, along with reinforcing existing ones. In addition, the IAMI team concentrates on providing support to committees, chapters and student member development activities:

  1. Maintain an accurate database of members with current information

  2. Prepare and send out dues renewal notices and follow up notices to active members.

  3. Respond to all written, email and telephone inquiries from members and those seeking membership.

  4. Work with membership committee to manage members and market association membership benefits.

  5. Plan and implement membership recruitment and retention program.

  6. Provide monthly membership reports to membership committee to welcome new members, follow up with lapsed members, etc.

  7. Create / Add Members-Only benefits to grow membership value

  8. Create a variety of opportunities for member contribution to association activities and advancement (e.g., volunteer opportunities, committee participation, and leadership roles).

  9. Develop communication strategies to keep members engaged and informed

  10. Conduct member surveys and provide analysis as requested
